Would you like to discover all the secrets of making your own 100% homemade bread? Would you like to eat fresh bread and impress your guests at your next meal?
During this full-day workshop, we will explore the art of bread making. We will learn the basics of kneading and shaping dough, then go through the fermentation process along with a few homemade tips to help make bread baking easier and more successful.
We will also discover the different stages of bread making in order to learn how to properly handle and work with dough. At the end of the workshop, everyone will leave with 2 baguettes, 2 artisan breads, 1 olive bread, and 1 nut bread. Although we will not be making any recipes with sourdough, everyone will be able to leave with a starter (fermented dough) to refresh and instructions on how to grow your own sourdough at home.
Skills required: none! The workshop is open to all gourmets.
