This program is part of the York Woods Library’s Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) service.
This workshop takes the mystery out of the business plan and explains what lenders and grantors actually look for. Using a guided worksheet, participants build a lean canvas that captures their value, customers, costs, and revenue on a single page, then refine it in peer feedback groups. They also leave knowing about the free planning supports available to them.
