Set in late 1990's Dublin, The Buddhist of Castleknock by Jim O’Hanlon is a warm, witty, and sharply observed comedy about family, identity, and the search for meaning in a rapidly changing Ireland. When an unconventional young man returns home embracing Eastern philosophy and a very different outlook on life, his middle-class suburban family is thrown into confusion, conflict, and plenty of laughter. Filled with humour and heart, the play offers a nostalgic and entertaining look at Irish family life and generational change.
Produced by special arrangement with The Partnership Group.
