Surface Decoration with Hedy Yang Presented by AMACO Brent

This is the one you've been waiting for! AMACO Brent is bringing artist and educator Hedy Yang to Parkdale Pottery for two days, and she'll show you what Velvet underglazes and inks can really do once you start layering them.
Hedy is coming up from Michigan for these two exciting dates. Two days, sixteen seats each, and then she's gone. Here is what you'll be doing:
Morning, on bisque
Ombré painting with fan brushes
EZ screen printing with inks
Afternoon, on leather-hard clay
Mishima
Sgraffito
Newsprint transfers, both painted and screen printed

1-2 bisque pieces under 8 inches in any direction
What we will provide
Wet Clay pieces for the afternoon
Materials and Tools
Bisque Firing of your pieces (glaze fire should be done at your local studio)
Please remember that both days are the same course so you just need to choose one or the other. And as usual, All courses are NON REFUNDABLE.
