Needle Felt a Santa Ornament Workshop

Get into the holiday spirit by learning to transform loose wool into a solid, sculptural figure. Fibre artist Cathy Disbrow will show you how to needle-sculpt Santa’s body, add facial features, and properly attach his signature beard. In this unique farm-to-art experience, you’ll work with wool sheared directly from the Village’s own flock of Border Leicester sheep. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a handcrafted, 4″ tall Santa ornament ready for your tree. It’s a relaxing, tactile way for beginners and experienced crafters alike to kick off the festive season.

Make a full day of the experience! Your ticket includes FREE Village admission , which opens at 11:00 a.m. for those who wish to explore the grounds. Best of all, you can visit the sheep in their field before or after the workshop.

Cost: $70.00 (+ HST & Fees)
