About this event
LearningThis program is part of the York Woods Library’s Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) service
In this interactive workshop, participants define their brand story and state their value in plain language, sharpening it through a message-crafting exercise. The session focuses on marketing that costs little but works well, such as word of mouth, community partnerships, and local events. It also shows how to turn first customers into repeat customers and a steady source of referrals.
