Josh Thomas started doing stand-up comedy 20 years ago and quickly became a mainstay of the Australian comedy scene. Since then, he has lost three celebrity cooking shows, failed at Celebrity Splash and Taskmaster and cured Bob Katter’s homophobia, among many other achievements.
His critically acclaimed television shows Please Like Me and Everything’s Gonna Be Okay were international sensations. They dealt with lots of important issues but this year he just wants to be silly.
He promises that this new live show will be an hour of dumb, happy, in-no-way important stand-up. “This year, I just want to have fun,” said Josh. “Jiggle, jiggle.”
