For the first time, HYROX returns to Toronto for an expanded four-day event. Every year, our debut cities grow—and Toronto is no exception, building on the energy and momentum of previous races to deliver our biggest edition yet.
The world’s premier fitness race will once again bring together elite athletes, everyday competitors, and first-timers for an unforgettable test of strength, endurance, and mental grit. With the city’s electric crowd and world-class race atmosphere, every division and every heat will raise the bar.
Whether you’re chasing a personal best, taking on your first HYROX, or cheering from the sidelines, this is more than a race—it’s a moment.
