Human connection has a profound impact on our health and happiness, especially in our increasingly disconnected world. Join GenWell in an interactive 5-week (Oct 1, 8, 15, 22 & 29) program series to learn practical ways to enhance social health, understand the adverse effects of loneliness, and discover the benefits of building more meaningful connections. Receive a free social health workbook, spend time with other participants after the workshops, and enjoy some light refreshments provided.
