Join us for a series of group workshops for anyone navigating relationships, caregiving responsibilities or family dynamics. Explore the impact these experiences can have on mental health and well-being, learn practical strategies, and connect with others in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Some workshops are co-facilitated by CMHA Toronto’s Family Support Team, bringing together professional expertise and lived experience to support honest, practical and compassionate conversations.
Registration is required. TTC Presto tickets will be provided upon request. Snacks and refreshments are provided for all participants. Ingredient lists will be available at the program.
This program is in collaboration with Canadian Mental Health Association Toronto.
