East End Arts is excited to bring back our third annual Holiday Arts Market at St. Matthew’s Clubhouse, and we’re looking for some great local artists and artisans to join us!
Calling all local artists and artisans who are interested in selling their art or creative items for the holiday season! Apply to join East End Arts for our third annual Holiday Arts Market. For this market we are prioritizing local, emerging artists who sell items that they personally make or design themselves. If you’re interested in being a vendor at our curated market, please fill out our vendor form below.
Please note that artists will be accepted on a rolling basis and spaces are limited, so apply early! Our form will close on October 25th, 2026, and all applicants will be notified of the status of their application by November 9th, 2026, or earlier.

We’re excited to welcome a selection of artists and artisans to our market to show off their items and products. St. Matthew’s Clubhouse is a fully accessible venue (with a ramp out front and a fully accessible washroom on site). For the warm cozy holiday vibes, there will be holiday music, festive holiday decor, and sweet treats of hot apple cider and cookies available inside. We hope you’ll come by and support east Toronto artists and your east Toronto arts service organization!
WHO WE ARE PRIORITIZING AT THIS MARKET:
Emerging, Independent Artists/Creators
Artists who belong to our Priority Groups
Artists who sell items that are made or designed by them *No AI Generated Artworks or products. Please see clause below.
OUR COMMITMENT TO ARTISTIC INTEGRITY:
East End Arts advocates for human artists and their original works. Please note that this market will not accept AI-generated art or products created using generative artificial intelligence tools. We support artists, facilitators, and/or creators who produce handmade, or locally sourced original artwork.
VENDOR DETAILS:
Each vendor spot includes one 1/2 table spot (this amounts to 3×2 feet of table space) and one chair located in our cozy clubhouse on the edge of Riverdale Park East.
Please note that vendors must bring their own table coverings (i.e. table cloths, runners, etc), and their own form of payment collection. We advise emerging artists with a smartphone to sign up for a free Square account and consider collecting payment through the app, or else artists are advised to bring their own cashbox and accept payment via cash or etransfer. All artists in our holiday arts market will get to keep 100% of any sales they make.
Vendor Fees:
$40 for a half 6ft table (3ft per artist)
$25 for one side of a rolling display wall that is approximately 10ft high by 4ft wide
IMPORTANT DATES:
Deadline for submissions: Sunday October 25, 2026 at 11:59PM EST
Results notification will be by Monday November 9, 2026, latest
Market day is Saturday December 5, 2026, 11AM-4PM
Market day Artist Setup starts at 9:30AM on Saturday December 5, 2026
